  1. Yum! I always want to stuff peppers but I never do it. I love how you topped it with cheese, that would really make it actually appeal to Casey. And I love how you love beer on Thursday’s! One of my favorite days…still.

    Those peppers looked delicious! Just a tip, if you boil the peppers for oh, I think it’s about 5-10 minutes before you bake them, they’ll be a lot softer and that way you don’t overcook your stuffing. =)

  3. The peppers look great – love the addition of pepper jack cheese.

    I’ve never been to the Otherside Cafe at night, but their breakfast is awesome. My husband and I live about 5 minutes away, so we should really go more often.
