    I think I need to start something like Pancake Tuesday as well, it’s definitely hard to get out of bed when the weather is crappy and you’re not feeling so hot. The week is halfway over now, though! Hope you are feeling better!

  2. Pancake Tuesday sounds and looks great! When I am not feeling well during the week, I try to get extra rest and increase my liquids (water, tea, etc.). I love honey citron tea which is a Korean tea. It is very soothing and can be used as a topping for toast, mixed into baked goods, etc. Hope you feel better soon 🙂

  4. I find it very hard to take a day off (because “planning” a sick day involves more work that just dragging myself and getting through classes, as a teacher). As my partner says, I’m on defensive pretty much all year. October is always a brutal month, and I’m feeling tired and a bit icky already. So, I turn to Airborne (which has been proven NOT to work, but I’m a believer) and the home remedy of a hot toddy.
