  1. I was just thinking that my extra sleep from the holiday break was used up already, I’m glad I’m not the only one. Thankfully its Thursday already! Your dinner looks delicious, by the way. I wish I could start eating brussels sprouts, I just can’t get passed the gross sliminess they always had when I was forced to eat them as a kid.

  3. Maple roasted brussels? Really?? That sounds so interesting. I’ll have to try it. I guess the only tip that I can offer you about getting things accomplished while keeping your sanity and not giving up things you love is to keep your priorities straight. If something doesn’t excite you, don’t feel like it’s a must. Kinda lame, right?
