My dearest readers,
Today was quite pleasant. We had a little party at work that involved cake and brownies, and I made it to spinning class after work.
Honestly, I don’t have much to report this evening, except that I’ve never seen so much cheese. I attempted Kath’s recent Mac + Cheese recipe, and boy was it fun to stir. Unfortunately, Matt is not a fan of any cheese even remotely related to brie, so I went with a swiss and gruyère blend instead.
This was oh-so-satisfying, but I think I’d go with a stronger cheese in the future (I should have known better). I will def. be making this again.
