  1. That game was insane! Still can’t believe the ending shot. What a bucket. Also, dinner looks great. I make something similar but add in sun-dried tomatoes and a little white wine and chicken stock to make a very loose “sauce”. It’s a staple around here.

      • I used to have a recipe. I think it’s one of Giada’s from the Food Network?? Basically cook the sausage until it’s brown, add in about 1/4 cup of white wine to de-glaze and let it simmer a moment. Then add in maybe 1/2-1 cup of chicken stock depending on how much liquid you like. Let it reduce a bit. Then I thrown in the sun-dried tomatoes, let them warm up and finally add about a bag of spinach (or another green you like) and let it wilt. Add pasta and serve with cheese. It could not be easier. And I like it because I can play with ingredients based on what I have! Hope this helps 🙂
