How’s the going?

I can’t believe it’s Friday again (almost). The four-day work week is so nice, but makes for more work crammed into four days! Work is picking up and I’m getting more comfortable with my buildings. But I’m still completely wiped out. I’ll just never be good at getting up at 6. I want to be good at it, I really do. At least I’m good at eating.


I wanted to make something new this week, so I tried Emily’s Chickpea Burgers! Matt was kind enough to mix up the batter while I was at the gym so all I had to do was form the burgers and throw them in a pan. The flavor was great, but my large [Great Harvest] bun was too big for this burger, so my ratio wasn’t ideal. I topped it with sprouts and goat cheese, but what I really wanted on top of this hummus burger was hummus. Imagine that.

It’s about that time when I need to start brushing the teeth, but it’s hard to settle down when KATH IS IN LABOR!
