Thoughts from a Thursday

Life Ramblings

– I finally got my flu shot today, and it hurt more than I ever remember. I can feel the soreness setting in.

– Has anyone seen Jane the Virgin? I’ve watched the first few episodes, and I like the pace – kind of a different show.

– Since turning 30, I’ve struggled to stay present – I think the milestone bought up a lot of questions about things I want to accomplish or experience.

– I heard Glennon speak back in October, and I was absolutely obsessed. I’m just starting her book and I’m pumped.

– Don’t you just love how facial hair starts growing out of the woodwork in Movember?

– I need a good ‘clean’ mascara. I’ve tried the Paula’s Choice and a mineral kind from Whole Foods, and didn’t love either.

– I ran into Matt at the gym this evening, and we decided to order curry, so I g2g. YES!

I started Jane the Virgin too! I am completely hooked. I love the pacing of it and the narrator… The characters grow on me more with each episode ( I really love/hate Petra). The premise really isn’t as cheesy as I thought it would be. Love having a new show to settle in with at the end of the day!

I keep seeing Jane the Virgin on my Netflix recommendations, but I haven’t jumped in yet. And ughhh I’m so nervous about getting the flu shot!!

I love Jane the Vrigin. It is definitely a different type of show that I am used to but I really love the characters. I also went through a difficult time turning 30. I thought I would be fine but I started questioning everything it was actually nice in the end to get some clarity.
