Crowdsourced Cab + Restaurant Week

Ramblings

“I participated in an Influencer Activation on behalf of Influence Central for Columbia Crest. I received a promotional item to thank me for my participation.” Columbia Crest asked me to share a bit about their unique Crowdsourced Cabernet and Executive Crowdsourcing Officer position. I’m on such a wine kick these days, so I gladly agreed to write about this cool project, and drink some Columbia Crest in exchange:) Columbia Crest is the first winery to start the process of crowdsourcing…

Mendoza Dining Highlights

Travel

In addition to wine tasting in Mendoza, we spent our evenings walking around the quant city, exploring restaurants, and ringing in the new year! Most things were closed on new years day, and since it was our last day of vacation, we were happy to go running in the city park and relax by the pool. By the way, we stayed in the Park Hyatt. In 9 nights, we had 8 phenomenal dinners. Perhaps the highlight of our time in BA was dinner at iLatina. I get a little obsessed with TripAdvsior ratings sometimes, and when I found this #1 rated restaurant, I knew I had to try it. I…

Christmas Eve in Buenos Aires: Uco

Travel

Matt and I spent nine days traveling through Argentina – five days in Buenos Aires, and then four in Mendoza. We arrived in BA early on Christmas Eve. I’m glad I did some research before the trip, because I discovered that most of the restaurants on my list would be closed for the Christmas holidays. Looking back, I’m actually happy this happened because I discovered Uco, a wonderful little restaurant at the Fierro Hotel in the Palmermo Soho neighborhood. All…
