Maui Part II: Wailea

Amazing Restaurants Travel

Part II of our Maui trip was absolutely fabulous. Emerson adjusted to the time change and we all felt great! On the short drive from Kapalua to Wailea, we stopped at the Maui Ocean Center. Emerson was protesting a nap, and absolutely loved looking into the fish tanks. She’s just starting to point, and would laugh when she saw something in a tank. I think I was so focused on packing for this trip plus all the wedding festivities, that I wasn’t anticipating how gorgeous the surrounding area would be. Expectations exceeded. The experience was almost worth having Matt travel to Seattle for six…

Mendoza Dining Highlights

Travel

In addition to wine tasting in Mendoza, we spent our evenings walking around the quant city, exploring restaurants, and ringing in the new year! Most things were closed on new years day, and since it was our last day of vacation, we were happy to go running in the city park and relax by the pool. By the way, we stayed in the Park Hyatt. Although the rooms were basic and dated, I would recommend it for the service and…
