We arrived in Charlottesville just in time for another Thanksgiving [lunch]!!! And I got to have one of my favorite Thanksgiving casseroles: Karen’s Pineapple Sweet Potato: Kanz’s Rosemary Garlic Cheddar rolls and homemade imperial pumpkin ale were awesome too! Thanksgiving at Matt’s was just dandy. After an hour stint at the local Gold’s gym, a beer tasting ensued. The Mad Elf Ale was BEER-tastic! Immediately after landing yesterday, I was whisked away to beer heaven by Matt’s Dad.
