Latest Loves

Check out this beautiful painting by my brother-in-law’s aunt!  We ordered two oysters for our still barren walls, and I can’t  wait to hang them.

I’m loving this plumping serum.  I’ve been putting a few drops on the wrinkles around my eyes in the mornings to help with hydration and plumping; I figure I can conserve my Countertime anti-aging eye cream for night time.

We’ve had some cooler days lately and it’s been so nice to be able to be outside.  Maybe I’m just not remembering what August feels like, but it doesn’t seem as hot this summer (actually, it’s probably because I was pregnant last summer:).

If you’ve been searching for a good gluten free bagel for years like I have, splurge and order Odd Bagels! The texture is like a real bagel!

Speaking of ordering food online (I’ve done a lot of that during quarantine, ha), I caved and ordered Daily Harvest because I wanted to try the ice cream.  And it’s REALLY good for non-dairy ice cream sweetened with maple syrup  I like the bites too.

I finally ordered some Simka Rose bibs for Avery. The way the pouch of the bib is angled helps to collect more crumbs, so they really are worth the investment. Plus, she loves digging for leftovers after she eats:)

It’s been nice to save some money during this phase of life since we are rarely buying clothes or spending money on activities or eating out (takeout is a lot cheaper than dining in!).
